Owner & Operator
With decades of hands-on experience in vacuum sales and repairs, he leads both customer guidance and technical service at Big D Vacuum Cleaner Centers. His focus is providing honest recommendations, accurate diagnostics, and reliable repairs done right the first time.
Sales & Repair Technician (Se Habla Español)
Assists customers with in-store sales, product guidance, and repair support. As our Spanish-speaking team member, he helps ensure clear communication and trusted service for all customers. He is available in-store on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Technician Trainee
The newest member of our team and is currently training in vacuum sales and repair support. As a high school student gaining hands-on experience, he is learning diagnostics and customer service under the guidance of our experienced technicians while developing his skills in the trade.
Operations Support
Part of our operations team and assists with behind-the-scenes organization and support functions that help keep our business running smoothly. She plays an important role in maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring day-to-day operations are handled with care and attention to detail.
