Yes. We charge a $10.00 + tax diagnostic fee to evaluate your vacuum.
- This fee will be applied toward the total repair cost if the repair is approved.
- We will contact you with a full estimate before any work is performed.
Do you perform repairs without approval?
No. We will never perform any repair work without your approval.
You must approve the estimate before any repairs begin.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. All approved repair work includes a 90-day warranty covering the serviced repair.

Do you sell cleaning products?

Carpet Cleaner Rentals
Do you rent carpet cleaning machines?
Yes. We offer carpet cleaner rentals for home and commercial use.
What is the rental cost?
- $60.00 per day for machine rental
- Cleaning solution:
$11.95 per quart
$34.95 per gallon
What are the rental requirements?
To rent equipment, we require:
- A valid driver’s license
- A credit card on file
When must rentals be returned?
Rentals are due back within 24 hours or by 5:00 PM the following day, whichever comes first.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes. A $25.00 cleaning fee applies if equipment is returned excessively dirty or not properly maintained.

Orders can be collected during our regular business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when picking up your items.
Do you ship products?
Yes. We offer shipping on eligible products throughout the United States.
