Drop Off Your Vacuum
Bring your vacuum to our Carrollton showroom for inspection. A $10.00 inspection fee (plus tax) is collected when your vacuum is dropped off.
Inspection & Diagnosis
Our technicians carefully inspect your vacuum, disassembling components as needed to identify the root cause of the issue. In many cases, what appears to be a major problem may simply require professional cleaning, routine maintenance, or minor service.
Repair Estimate & Approval
After the inspection, we'll provide:
Your inspection fee is applied toward the approved repair, and no work is performed without your authorization.
Professional Repair
Once you approve the estimate, our team completes the repair using quality replacement parts when needed and thoroughly tests your vacuum to ensure it is operating properly before it's ready for pickup.
